Job description
**Client Documentation Officer (M/F)**
**Task and responsibilities**
- Client Documentation Maintenance including validation and remediation part with close follow-up with Relationship Management mainly
- Reconcile the documentation received, chase and follow up with relevant stakeholders on all missing or invalid documentation received
- Client Data Maintenance
- Organise the recording in system/database and electronic filing of all client processed documentation in a timely manner including scanning activities
- Administrate, maintain and authenticate customers' authorised signatures (lists)
- Verification of signatures on a variety of clients' life cycle documents
- Handling of Power of Attorney's for account administration purposes and reporting
- Provide regular status on achievements for Management and Audit tracking
**Mandatory skills and experiences**
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to details
- Detail-oriented and strong sense of accuracy
- Office administration experience
- Proficiency in written and oral English, French, German,
Italian and/or Spanish language skills will be an asset
**1 month of contract and if everything goes well we will extend until the end of this year.**
