- As a member of the
- **Asset Services Legal Matters team**, part of the Legal Department of Pictet & Cie (Europe) SA ("PEUSA"), you will be responsible for providing legal support to the Pictet Asset Services business line, in particular in relation to the activities of PEUSA as a custodian bank for Luxembourg investment funds and FundPartner Solutions (Europe) SA ("FPS") as a fund management company, both of which are Pictet Group companies.**Your role**
- Serving as the primary contact for the sales team, operations and the management company.
- Drafting, reviewing and amending the legal documentation governing the relationship between PEUSA, FPS and their clients.
- Providing legal support in handling specific requests or situations from clients or investment fund managers.
- Giving legal advice on the role and responsibilities of the custodian bank and the investment fund management company in relation to new or existing services.
- Carrying out regulatory oversight and analysis of new laws and regulations to manage their impact on PEUSA, FPS and investment funds, and helping to implement them within the business line.
- Collaborating/coordinating with other members of the legal function in Luxembourg and abroad, and with other support functions (e.g. Risk, Compliance, Tax and Internal Audit). Working with external legal advisors, where required.

**Your profile**
- University degree in Law (bac +4/5).
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar role in a bank, management company or law firm.
- Excellent knowledge of the investment fund industry and its regulatory and financial framework, as well as of the stakeholders and processes involved in asset servicing activities.
- Expert knowledge of the regulatory provisions applicable to credit institutions and management companies (UCITS V, AIFMD, MIFID, MIFIR, EMIR, etc.).
- Excellent command of French and English (especially legal English), both written and spoken, and ideally German.
