Within the framework of the **Luxembourg **based activities, Waystone is looking for a:
**Senior Legal Advisor**
**Job description**:
- Provide legal support and advice during the on-boarding process and daily legal administration of UCITS and AIFs structures (SIF, UCI Part II, RAIF, SCS(p));
- Draft and/or review prospectuses/PPMs, articles of incorporation, LPAs, notices to shareholders, circular resolutions, etc.;
- Negotiate fund agreements and other legal documents on behalf of the AIFM/ManCo and/or the funds under management;
- Draft and/or review legal documents in relation to liquidations, mergers and any other corporate events impacting the funds under management;
- Perform regulatory research, monitoring and assess impact of new laws/regulations on the AIFM/management company, its delegated parties and/or the funds under management;
- Provide legal support and advice to the Waystone companies.
**Your profile**:
- Degree in Law (CCDL is a plus);
- 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Understanding the 3rd-party AIFM/ManCo´s role and obligations;
- Practical knowledge of various investment structures and corporate legal forms;
- Happy to take up challenges and grow knowledge on a wide variety of topics;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Team player, client-oriented, accurate and detail-oriented;
- Fluency in English (French and/or German are a plus).
