**Experienced Legal Advisor (M/F)**
**Fixed Term (12 months) Contract, full time or part time**

**Your mission**:
**Legal support to Private Capital Department, Market & Financing Services and Corporate Trust Debt Services**
- Drafting and negotiating service agreements of the Bank acting as depositary bank, fund administrator, collateral agent, loan administrator, passive overlay agent;
- Drafting and negotiating services agreements of the Bank acting as agent (agent bank / calculation agent, principal paying agent / fiscal agent, registrar, transfer agent, listing agent, etc) in debt capital markets (conventional and structured debt)
- Negotiating financing transactions, assisting on all security aspects of the transactions
- Structuring and negotiating pledge and collateral arrangements
- Supporting the drafting and negotiation of IT agreements
- Providing legal advice to the business lines, the functions and the management of the bank in order to allow them to take a decision or to pursue their activities with full information on the legal impacts;
- Contribute to the legal watch activities of the bank in order to ensure that any legislation/regulation or case law that impacts the bank is known by the relevant persons;
- Advising on new products and projects as well as on the impact of new legislation;
- Handling claims, litigation and complaints;
**Your Competences**:
**Professional experience**:

- University degree in law with specialization in financial law or company law
- Having done an LLM and/or Cours complémentaires en droit luxembourgeois is an advantage
- Having at least 4 to 5 years professional experience in a similar legal position (bank and / or law firm)
