**HR Events Coordinator - German Speaker (M/F)**:
**Your role**:
You will join a dynamic team of recruiters and HR Business Partners, and your tasks will include:
- Lead the development of our HR strategy in DACH region, and actively contributing to our representation in the relevant markets
- Establish and maintain relationships with Universities, Institutions, and Venues
- Take care of the organisation of different type of HR events (job fairs, on-site events, workshops, students visits, webinars, etc) - before, during and after;
- Manage relations with internal and external providers especially with the rest of the
- Recruitment team but also with Events, Marketing, Communications, Learning, etc.
- Use social media to promote events
- Assist the team in the management of goodies and materials (orders, dispatch, stock management, new propositions)
- Assist the team in developing new tools to improve the internal processes
- Updating our recruitment team and database while ensuring regular reporting
**Your profile**:
- You have a degree in a related field, and have gained at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or events coordination in Luxembourg or abroad;
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills and love working with
- people;
- You are organized and able to adapt to a fast paced and demanding environment;
- You are fluent in English and German, with ideally some knowledge or understanding of French;
- You are familiar with recruitment platforms and social networks and are IT/digital literate;
- You are an enthusiastic and proactive team player.
