**What we’re looking for**:
**The Executive Assistant/Project Manager will report to the AUTODOC's SVP of Category Management and work closely with the VP of Pricing & Strategic Planning/Cost Control in order to support them on multiple administrative and managerial projects incl.**:
- Overhauling documentation and accounting processes for AUTODOC’s Legal Entity in Luxembourg (together with 3rd party payment provider: Grant Thornton LU and Legal Advisor: Molitor LU)
- Calendar management, travel management, and expenses for two executives + organizing team events
- Maintaining rigor around leadership meetings, weekly/monthly business reviews, action items, required documentation, and attendees - as well as following the main business KPIs to develop a deeper understanding for the business)
- Following up on critical initiatives and projects on behalf of the SVP
- Project: Evaluating and recommending trainings for the leadership team and wider team (jointly with HR)
- Project: Operationalizing a leadership and 360- people-performance-assessment process within Category Management (jointly with HR)
- Project: Improving the Head Count and Recruiting Process within Category Management (jointly with HR)
- Project: Business Writing - why it matters and how we get better at it as an organization (jointly with the HR Training department)
**Requirements**:
- **Highest **work standards and work ethics**
- ** 8+ years experience in working with VP/SVP executives**
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in a business function or similar
- **Fluent English** (one other major European language (FR, DE, IT, ES) and/or Russian/Ukrainian would be an advantage)
- Experience with basic accounting and/or Human Resources
- High customer obsession
