**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg,** we are looking for a **Health & Safety Third Parties Operations manager **to join the **Group Health and Safety team**.

By covering this role, you will be responsible to provide guidance, support, and advice to the 3PO organization on all H&S topics relevant to achieve Ferrero’s Health and Safety values, goals, and objectives.

You will be the primary contact for H&S related questions and concerns of the 3PO organization both internally and externally (vis-à-vis its suppliers) in full cooperation with Area and Regional H&S managers.

Furthermore, as the Health & Safety Third Parties Operations manager you will be part of the 3PO Leadership Team, providing support and guidance as necessary to all members of the team.

**Main Responsibilities**:
By covering this role, you will be exposed to the 3PO roadmap developing and updating H&S strategy for Third Parties Operations function. In relation, you will define minimum H&S requirements and H&S selection criteria for Third Parties (i.e., suppliers managed by 3PO function) in accordance with Ferrero values, H&S policy and strategic objectives. In addition, you will ensure that all sites, machines, equipment, tools, work systems or programs provided to third parties by Ferrero fulfill all applicable legal and Ferrero H&S requirements, including all relevant safety information (e.g. safety data sheets).

Regular reporting on metrics, status, issues, incidents, corrective and preventive actions to 3PO management team and other stakeholders (to the extent possible) will be required from you.

You will monitor supplier operations’ compliance to Ferrero and applicable legal H&S requirements including the management and follow up of H&S audits. Your responsibility will involve the review and approval of action plans from suppliers to address identified H&S non-conformities.

The organization and management of best practices and the sharing of best practices and learnings between Ferrero partners and suppliers will also be part of your responsibility.

It will be fundamental to continuously raise awareness and provide H&S training within the 3PO organization (Ferrero employees only) so they can actively support the achievement of Ferrero’s H&S goals.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your** university background in Engineering, Health & Safety Management** or other related fields, and **8-10 years of previous working experience applied in Health & Safety contexts.**

Your** previous experience** as a** Health and Safety professional **with **exposure to projects in different countries, in manufacturing industries** as well as **deep knowledge of machine safety regulations** (e.g. EU Machine Safety Directive) will help you achieve this role’s objectives.

You know how to work in a corporate and multinational business environment, thanks to your **strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in international teams.**

Your **patience, diplomacy, reliability,** and** strong influencing skills** have helped you establish trust and dialogue with different stakeholders across functions and levels.

You are willing to** travel internationally **approximately 20% of the time.
