**JUNIOR**
**CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER - B2C CALL (M/F/X)**

As a key member of our **call center**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional **consumer service** by handling **inbound** and **outbound calls**, addressing **consumer inquiries**, and ensuring a positive experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Address consumer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to products or services
- Provide accurate and timely information to consumers about our products and services
- Resolve consumer concerns effectively, aiming for first-call resolution
- Document and update consumer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow call center scripts and best practices while maintaining flexibility to adapt to different situations
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, consumer satisfaction, and call handling time
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations

**Qualifications**:

- BAC + 2 Minimum
- Previous experience in a consumer service or call center environment is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional consumer service
- Bilingual skills (**French**/**English**)
- Familiarity with consumer service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
