Notre client, une société reconnue au Luxembourg pour sa gestion dynamique et son approche multiculturelle, recherche un(e) Junior Office Manager pour rejoindre son équipe. L'entreprise est installée dans des bureaux modernes et favorise un environnement collaboratif avec une hiérarchie horizontale.
En tant que Junior Office Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien administratif et opérationnel de l'entreprise.
**Junior Office Manager - Vos responsabilités incluront**:
- Tâches administratives courantes : gestion de courriers, organisation de documents, suivi des dossiers internes.
- Assistance au service corporate : participation à des projets AML/KYC, support dans l'onboarding et la création de dossiers clients.
- Collaboration avec les différents départements de l'entreprise dans un environnement francophone et anglophone.
- Autonome, organisé(e), et doté(e) d'un excellent sens du détail.
- À l'aise dans un environnement multiculturel et digitalisé.
- Maîtrisant le français et l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.
**Junior Office Manager - Ce que nous offrons**:
- Contrat à durée indéterminée avec un salaire annuel de 50 000€ brut.
- Chèques-repas (valeur de 10,80€ par jour).
- Bonus annuel équivalent à un mois de salaire.
- Réévaluation salariale annuelle.
- Horaires flexibles pour un meilleur équilibre vie professionnelle/vie personnelle.
**Processus de recrutement**:
- Un premier entretien pour évaluer vos compétences et votre adéquation avec l'équipe.
- Un second entretien avec le CEO, si nécessaire.
