**Customer Success Officer - Main tasks**:
- All aspects of customer relationship management
- Interview and qualifying potential tenants, setting up viewings, property visits
- Onboarding and support of new customers
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business
- Maintain high-quality communication via social network accounts
- Assist in acquiring new properties (Business development)**Customer Success Officer - Profile**:
- Have a degree (any field)
- Have a positive personality (good interpersonal skills are a plus)
- Be organized & reliable
- Work independently & show initiative
- Speak English fluently (mandatory)
- Speak French fluently (good to have)
- Have a driving license (mandatory)
- Social media experience is an advantage
- **Reside in Luxembourg or proximityWe offer**:
