Senior Fund Corporate Officer - Flexibility, Growing PFS

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Fund Corporate Officer for our long-term partner, a growing Private Financial Services (PFS) company represented by open-minded and dynamic employees.

In terms of services, this team assists a client base of alternative investment funds, investing primarily in Private Equity and Real Estate. As a Senior Fund Corporate Officer, your files will have a certain complexity, which is highly interesting for your development.

Your Responsibilities

  • You handle the daily corporate life of your clients from introduction to liquidation, focusing on Alternative Investment Funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.
  • You prepare board meetings and shareholder meetings, as well as draft Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), articles of incorporation, and any other legal documentation that may arise.
  • You are responsible for publishing annual accounts and other corporate modifications that may occur.
  • You maintain regular communication with your clients and serve as the key point of contact for any questions or concerns.

Profile and Career Path

  • With at least 4 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, ideally within a PFS or fiduciary company, you can handle your portfolio of AIF with a high level of autonomy.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is not necessary.
  • You describe yourself as proactive and well-organized, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
  • You will be supported by two skilled managers who are happy to share their knowledge and skills with you.
