Hosted at Luxinnovation, the Digital Innovation Hub is part of a European initiative aimed at bringing together supply and demand in the context of the digitisation of industry, in particular SMEs. Its role is to facilitate contacts between companies that need access to digitisation skills, technologies, services and support mechanisms on the one hand, and digital technology and service providers as well as research organisations that meet the needs of industry, on the other.

As part of its strategy to support innovation and digitalisation in Luxembourg, the Digital Innovation Hub is looking for a Senior Advisor Digital Transformation.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the acceleration of the digitalisation of the manufacturing sector in Luxembourg
- Help industrial companies become more resilient and improve their performance and their economic development through digital transformation and innovation projects
- Assist companies in their digital transformation thinking and process, help them identify opportunities and structure them in a digital transformation roadmap
- Support large companies and SMEs over the long term to help them improve their digital maturity to remain competitive
- Facilitate the matching between industry’s demand for digitalisation solutions/skills and the offering of solution providers and research units as well as funding opportunities
- Coordinate and promote the DIH community so that its dynamic interactions can inspire more companies to join the discussions
- Share information and skills, work in teams, create leverage and seek synergies, both internal and external to Luxinnovation.

**Skills and qualifications**
- You hold a scientific or engineering Master/degree or PhD
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the manufacturing sector or in a service sector targeting the manufacturing sector, with a strong focus on digital transformation, automation and IIoT/Industry x.0
- You have a sound knowledge of industrial processes with a proven ability to understand business challenges and relate them to technological solutions
- You have a passion for industrial processes and technology driving the IT/OT convergence
- You have a proven knowledge and experience in digital transformation projects/programmes
- You are experienced in identifying business needs and solutions and translate them into executable roadmaps
- You are dynamic, curious and customer and result oriented
- You have good relationship skills at all levels with an ease in working in a customer-facing role
- You have strong moderator, presentation and communication skills
- You are proficient in English and French. Luxembourgish and German are key assets.
