**Junior Defence Technology & Innovation Advisor (M/F)**:
Parmi ses différentes activités, Luxinnovation soutient, dans le cadre de l’accès au financement, les entreprises et centres de recherches ayant des activités dans le domaine de la Défense et stimule la génération de projets collaboratifs en vue d’augmenter la visibilité de l’industrie luxembourgeoise au niveau de la Défense nationale, européenne et internationale (OTAN).
Luxinnovation cherche aujourd’hui à renforcer son équipe avec un/e Junior Defence Technology & Innovation Advisor qui sera en charge de suppléer le “Defence Technology and Innovation Coordinator” dans l’exercice de ses missions au sein du département R&D and Innovation Support.
**PRINCIPALES TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES**
- Aider les organisations et entreprises luxembourgeoises actives dans des domaines d’intérêt de la Défense à accéder aux financements nationaux, européens et internationaux pour soutenir leurs projets d'innovation ;
- Soutenir la création d’une communauté des acteurs de la Défense dans les secteurs prioritaires du Luxembourg ;
- Soutenir l’industrie luxembourgeoise dans son effort pour intégrer la chaîne de valeurs de la Défense européenne via des initiatives et programmes d’innovation et d’acquisition nationaux, européens et internationaux (OTAN) ;
- Soutenir, en collaboration avec les acteurs responsables du Luxembourg, la promotion des capacités technologiques dans le domaine de la Défense au niveau international ;
- Coordonner et animer des groupes de travail thématiques au sein des instances représentatives de l’UE/Otan ;
- Sensibiliser aux approches et démarches de la Communauté Défense à travers des activités de communication et de marketing (ex : publication d’articles, organisation de foires, conférences et workshops).
**QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPETENCES**
- Titulaire d’un Master (bac+5) en ingénierie, sciences, finance, économie ou affaires internationales
- Entre 2 et 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle
- Idéalement, une première expérience dans une activité en lien avec l’innovation dans un domaine technologique d’intérêt pour la Défense Luxembourgeoise
- Très bonnes capacités en analyse financière ou facilités dans ce domaine
- Aisance relationnelle vous permettant d’interagir avec des partenaires au sein des Ministères, des conseils ou partenaires financiers et des responsables d’entreprises
- Organisé(e), flexible, autonome, vous faites preuve d’excellentes capacités d’écoute et d’analyse
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et capacité à produire des notes de synthèse
- Une maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais et de bonnes connaissances en français sont demandées. La connaissance de l’Allemand et du Luxembourgeois est considérée comme un avantage.
