This role will be part of the Digital Transformation Department which supports companies during their digital transformation journey. To achieve its mission, the department organizes activities to raise awareness about the opportunities and challenges of digitalization across priority sectors for the Luxembourg economy. It also supports companies to find the best way to implement new technologies and tools in their business process. The Department coordinates 2 major European projects: the Luxembourg Digital Innovation Hub (L-DIH) and the National Competency Centre in Supercomputing.
The project coordinator will support the Department in the set-up, management and follow-up of the project portfolio (events, European projects, etc.).
**Responsabilities**:
- Organise projects and planning by optimizing the time and resources required.
- Manage and mobilize the project teams, ensuring project milestones are met within budget.
- Organize and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams, work with teams across departments and in particular with the Marketing and Communication Department.
- Anticipate, detect, and evaluate risks or problems that may disrupt the smooth running of the project and suggest mitigating actions.
- Monitor progress of projects and proper execution of deliverables.
- Contribute to content creation (draft, edit, review documents, notes or articles) and to internal/external presentations.
- Support the team to prepare meetings, workshops and events internally and with external partners.
**Skills and qualification**:
- At least Bac + 2 degree preferably from a business administration, engineering, or marketing/communication school or university
- High interest in IT tools, digital topics and technologies and passion to communicate about digital topics or trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English, and at least in one of the 3 official languages in Luxembourg
- Excellent organizational and planification skills
- Team spirit and intrapreneurship attitude
- Pragmatist and customer focus, good at solving problems with innovative solutions.
- Eagle eye nature with attention to details is key as we have a strong focus on quality and exceptional customer service.
- Fast learner being able and willing to acquire knowledge on a variety of projects and technologies.
