**Vos missions**:
Véritable Business Partner, référent(e) groupe du contrôle interne, vous aurez pour mission d’optimiser le contrôle de gestion, le reporting et l’analyse financière. Très orienté(e) business, avec une forte appétence pour les outils IT, vous serez un fort support à la Direction Générale et la Direction Financière et permettrez d’améliorer la prévision ainsi que la compréhension des variances potentielles.
- Vous serez spécifiquement en charge des sujets suivants :_Optimisation de l’analyse et de l’information financières,Optimisation du processus de budgétisation, de prévision et de planification stratégique,Prospective et proposition de scénarios,Support et interactions constantes avec l’équipe Controlling,Support aux Responsables des Business Unit,Amélioration de l’analyse et de l’explication des résultats et écarts et mise en œuvre de propositions d’amélioration,Optimisation de la qualité du reporting,Production des différentes clôtures (mensuelle et trimestrielle), forecast et états financiers,Mise en place d’indicateurs et de contrôles internes,Préparation des rapports internes à la demande de la Direction,Amélioration des outils et process IT.

**Votre profil**:
Diplôme de l’Enseignement Supérieur en gestion, économie, finance-comptabilité (Université ou Ecole de Commerce),Expérience significative de l’analyse financière, de la planification budgétaire, du contrôle de gestion,Maîtrise des différentes techniques comptables et financières,Forte technicité sur les aspects controlling, budget et reporting,Appétence pour le business et les opérations,Capacité à travailler en mode collaboratif pour faire adhérer les équipes aux changements,Solides compétences analytiques,Forte appétence pour les outils informatiques et systèmes d’information,Excellentes qualités de communication,Excellent relationnel,Fort leadership, charisme,Gestion du stress.Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, la pratique de langues supplémentaires est un atout.
