We are currently looking for a “Data Governance Specialist” to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

**Responsabilities**
- Design, develop, and continuously refine comprehensive data governance policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure these frameworks are practical, aligned with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals, fostering a culture of data accountability.
- Collaborate on the creation and implementation of robust measures to monitor data governance progress, including the definition and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Use these insights to drive continuous improvement.

**Technical skills**
- Knowledge in BCBS239 and Data Governance
- Knowledge of IBM IGC, Collibra, Informatica, or similar tools
- Experience in Change Management and project management
- Proven experience in data analytics, visualisation tools like BO, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx,....
- ETL and reporting processes experience
