Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead sales activities across a designated region in Europe.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to regional market dynamics.
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealership partners to drive performance.
- Monitor sales data, forecast trends, and ensure achievement of regional sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support regional goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales managers to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide input on pricing, promotions, and inventory.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding regional sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of regional automotive markets and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.

Pay: €200,000.00 per year
