OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Enablement, the International RM/Sales Enablement Managing Director will lead deployment of RM/Sales support model in EMEA and APAC, leading select key initiatives. This role will ensure STT maximizes the effectiveness of our Chief Commercial Officer’s organization by bringing together key components of our business to drive revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure execution of Global Enablement projects within EMEA and APAC, such as sales campaigns, account plans, C-suite events, and other ad-hoc initiatives- Implement and oversee dedicated RM/Sales support model in EMEA and APAC to directly assist revenue producers on day-to-day tasks- Provide development and career progression for our RM/Sales support talent- Improve quality of client presentations and content base, working alongside the Global Head of RFP & Content- Ensure SF360 is the single source of truth for client related information; improve adoption of global best practices- Establish strong collaboration with the RM/Sales community to understand the pain points, identify gaps, plan and prioritize continuous improvement projects, and lead governance to ensure RM/Sales and the Enablement Teams are aligned

LEADERSHIP- Effectively manage staff on both direct and virtual teams and set an example of team building and high performance to the broader State Street organization- Create opportunities for emerging talent to move into stretch assignments; proactive succession and development planning across client facing opportunities- Successfully create a client centric culture in which people want to do their best and demonstrate a sense of urgency and the ambition to improve process and delivery for clients- Develop strong relationships with the RM/Sales community along with other key internal clients (i.e. Product, Client Comm, Marketing) representing the International RM/Sales Enablement teams

QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent- 10 years of experience required- Multiple business line experience preferred- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proven ability to navigate complex matrix environments and manage teams- Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in a fast paced, challenging environment- PMP/PRINCE2, Six Sigma certifications helpful
