**Summary**:
A leading high-performing Real Estate Investment Manager is currently looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join their Luxembourg team. You’d be responsible for all financial aspects of accounting and consolidation while supervising the work of juniors within the team and reporting to the directors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop themselves within the Real Estate space and gain new client business experience in a growth-focused company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including consolidation.
- Financial & regulatory reporting with IFRS/local GAAPs
- Advise the portfolio manager
- Supporting due diligence and sales process.
- Coordinate the reporting process across various functions, funds and geographies to ensure timely and well-organized completion of the reporting process.
**Role Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS
- 3-5 years experience in accounting/controlling/audit
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Funds
- Consolidation experience
