As senior accountant, you will have the opportunity to join a specialized team managing alternative investment funds and real estate companies. You will be responsible for a portfolio of companies, reviewing and preparing reporting packages, monitoring daily activity, co-ordinating transactions.
**As a member of our specialized team your responsibilities will be**:
- Analyse and review property level accounting to report monthly valuations
- Review and prepare adjustments of foreign property accounting to LUXGAAP and Alternative Investment Fund law
- Preparation corporate bookkeeping, fund reporting and annual financial statements in accordance with LUXGAAP
- Manage and monitor financial operational with external parties activity to address liquidity, fiscal, legal risks and resolve issues within real estate structures
- Provide support to external tax advisors, auditors, property managers
- Assist in the preparation and execution of board and shareholder meetings
- Planning and implementing distributions and corporate actions
- Co-ordinate real estate transactions and financial due diligence
**What we expect from you**:
- Degree in economics or business, tax consulting or similar (further education such as in accounting would be an asset)
- 3 to 5 years bookkeeping experience
- Basic knowledge of tax are essential
- First IFRS experience would be an advantage
- Experience working in SAP would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Assertiveness and confidence
- Talent for analysis, communication, co-ordination and advising
- Fluent English and German (verbal and written)
