**Fund Accountant**:

- Your responsibilities**:

- Manage the accounting and financial reporting activities for our real estate funds.
- Perform accurate and timely Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for the funds, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.
- Review and analyze fund performance, including investment valuations, income recognition, and expense allocations.
- Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and other fund-related documentation.
- Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external service providers during the fund audit and tax filing processes.
- Monitor cash flows, fund valuations, and investor capital activity, reconciling any discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in real estate fund accounting.

**Fund Accountant - Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ** Around 3 years of experience in fund accounting/controlling**, specializing in** real estate funds.**:

- Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of real estate fund accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting standards **(e.g., IFRS, LuxGAAP)** and **regulatory** requirements.
- Proficiency in fund accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and a desire to grow professionally within the organization.
