Senior Cyber Security Risk

You should have:
- The ability to know what best practice security and risk / GRC looks like in organisations and be able to implement this in a complex financial services organisation to improve cyber resilience;
- Have very strong regulatory experience, able to deal with the local regulators and CSSF requirements, and able to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders on meeting regulatory requirements and identifying any issues or gaps;
- Understand the security risks to the business, define remediation plans, including controls mechanisms, and ensure the design and implementation of the remediation programmes across the organisation;
- The ability to work with the business across both technical and regulatory risk programmes, to identify broad security risks and implement complex frameworks to meet regulatory demands;
- A broad background across cyber security and risk / governance and compliance, to be able to advise the business on a broad range of best practices and any security related risks impacting both internal and external programmes of work.
This is a great role working in a complex financial services organisation, in an independent role, where you will have the autonomy and ownership to lead a programme of work in the region.
