Within ArcelorMittal Europe, we are looking for a Cyber Security Coordinator to join our teams in Luxembourg, LU or Reims/Dunkerque, FR.
**Mission**
- Deploy the Europe Cyber Security Program in ArcelorMittal Europe / AMDS and assist the local teams in the cyber security compliance duties
**Scope & Key Stakeholders**
- Business Division and production sites in AMDS BU
- IT/OT Infra Lead and Cyber Security Leads in local units
- Europe CISO Team
- Europe Cyber Security Engineering
- Europe Cyber Security Operations (Cyber Dense Center)
- Group CISO Team
- Global Assurance Team (Internal Audit)
- Infrastructure, Application and Process Automation departments
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the Cyber Security Community in AMDS
- Ensure that the Europe Cyber Security roadmap and yearly objectives are adequately supported by an action plan in all the units
- Supervise and control execution of the Cyber Security action plans
- Ensure liaison between Europe Cyber Security teams (engineering and Operations) to support the deployment of the transversal projects or for operational matters (service delivery, incident management / response,)
- Ensure availability and quality of Cyber Security reporting
- Prepare and lead the Quarterly Cyber Security reviews with exec Management
- Coordinate the cyber security investigations and incident response for major incidents impacting large scope or several units in AMDS
- Support the local units in cyber security audits, Group CISO compliance reporting requests and assure tracking and on-time remediation with stakeholders
**Minimum Applicant Attribute**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in Cyber Security domain (project management, architecture, consulting)
- Good knowledge in IS/IT, Network/Network Security, project management
- Good knowledge and strong interest in cyber Security (best-practices, standards, technology).
- Proven experience in the management of projects in multi sites, multi stakeholders environment, technology oriented
- Strong teamwork capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with business fluency in English
- Fast learner
- Fluency in French and English
**Other desired requirements**
- Knowledge in one or several cyber security domain or technology such as Active Directory Security, NDR/EDR/XDR
- An in-depth knowledge of one or several cyber security technologies would be appreciated
- A successful contribution or management of the deployment of a security solution (Antivirus, EDR,) will be considered as a bonus
