**Your Role**:
As an ICT Risk & Cyber Security Agent, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective strategies and policies in collaboration with the Risk Management Department. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating ICT risks and cyber threats, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement ICT risk and cyber security strategies and policies.
- Establish data protection, access control, and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Assess and mitigate ICT risks, vulnerabilities, and threats.
- Oversee ICT risk and cyber security programs, including incident response and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits for policy and framework compliance.
- Promote risk awareness and implement a structured risk management approach in the IT Department.
- Train and educate staff on ICT risk and cyber security best practices.
- Collaborate with IT staff and departments for effective risk management implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber security trends and integrate them into risk management programs.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for efficient cyber security and ICT risk management.
- Provide support and guidance to IT staff and users regarding cyber security and ICT risk.
- Assist with inquiries and controls from Head Office and auditors.

**Your Profile**:
**To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** 3-5 years** of experience in ICT risk and cyber security management.
- Knowledge of ICT risk and cyber security management frameworks such as **ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT.**:

- Strong understanding of ICT risk and cyber security trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements (EBA).
- Experience with ICT risk and cyber security management tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM systems.
- ** Fluency in English and French.**:

- Relevant certifications such as **CISSP, CISM, or CRISC** are preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to changing cyber security landscapes.
