Your Responsibilities:
As an ICT Risk & Cyber Security Agent, you will collaborate closely with the Risk Management Department to develop and implement effective strategies and policies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and implementing ICT risk and cyber security strategies and policies.
- Establishing procedures for data protection, access control, and compliance with regulations.
- Identifying and mitigating ICT risks, vulnerabilities, and cyber threats.
- Overseeing ICT risk and cyber security programs, including incident response and disaster recovery plans.
- Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to ensure policy and framework compliance.
- Promoting risk awareness and implementing a structured risk management approach within the IT Department.
- Providing training and education to staff on best practices for ICT risk and cyber security.
- Collaborating with IT staff and departments to ensure effective risk management implementation.
- Staying updated on emerging cyber security trends and incorporating them into risk management programs.
- Recommending and implementing process improvements for efficient cyber security and ICT risk management.
- Providing support and guidance to IT staff and users regarding cyber security and ICT risk.
- Assisting with inquiries and controls from Head Office and auditors.
Your Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in ICT risk and cyber security management.
- Familiarity with ICT risk and cyber security management frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT.
- A strong understanding of ICT risk and cyber security trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements (EBA).
- Experience with ICT risk and cyber security management tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and SIEM systems.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to changing cyber security landscapes.
