**What You'll Do**:
As a DevSecOps Product Manager, you will lead and shape service delivery within our Agile Release Train.
You will:
- Transform DevSecOps Tools into Services: Develop a cohesive DevSecOps platform that evolves beyond tools into a comprehensive service offering.
- Define and Deliver: Translate business needs and customer goals into actionable work packages and prioritized roadmaps.
- Lead with Agility: Coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning and align services within the SAFe framework.
- Collaborate and Integrate: Work with cross-functional teams, including architects, DevOps specialists, and stakeholders, ensuring customer needs drive the work.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Leverage data, user feedback, and industry trends to refine service quality, scalability, and performance.
**What We're Looking For**:
Your expertise includes:
- Product Management Experience: 5+ years focused on service delivery in Agile environments.
- DevSecOps Knowledge: Solid understanding of DevOps, Cloud service delivery, and management.
- SAFe Framework Mastery: Proven ability to work within a SAFe environment (certifications are a plus).
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of interoperability technologies, SOA, and cloud.
- Service Excellence: Experience managing SLAs, delivering high-quality services, and leading in dynamic settings.
- Communication & Leadership: Proven ability to align diverse teams, manage stakeholders, and drive transformation initiatives.
**Bonus If You Have**:
- SAFe Product Manager/Owner Certification.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation projects.
**Your Profile**:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- EU Citizenship: Required for this position.
- Proven Experience: Ability to manage service-oriented projects in complex, multi-vendor environments.
