**Job Description Summary**
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial or residential properties. The role includes the technical, commercial, and administrative management of the buildings, as well as ensuring high-quality service to tenants and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the **technical maintenance** and proper functioning of the buildings, in coordination with service providers.
- Manage and **supervise external contractors**, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and landscaping services.
- Maintain strong **relationships with tenants**, ensuring prompt response to their needs and concerns.
- Act as the main point of contact for **clients and owners**, providing regular updates and tailored support.
- Oversee the **commercial aspects** of property management, including lease administration, renewals, and rent collection.
- Prepare and deliver **reporting** (technical, operational, and financial) in line with internal standards and client expectations.
- Monitor compliance with legal obligations, health & safety requirements, and sustainability goals.
- Contribute to the **continuous improvement** of operational processes and service quality.
