**Job description**:
Are you a skilled professional with experience in managing license agreements, particularly within the healthcare industry?
Join our client as a License Agreement Portfolio Manager and play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our portfolio of license agreements within the healthcare sector.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of license agreements within the healthcare sector, from negotiation and drafting to execution and renewal.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with license agreement terms and conditions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value and effectiveness of license agreements, including identifying opportunities for expansion or renegotiation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, regulatory, and business development teams, to align license agreements with organizational goals and objectives.
- Evaluate the performance of license agreements, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
**Profile**:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing license agreements within the healthcare sector, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex license agreements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
