**Who are we looking for?**
**What is your role and your responsibilities?**
Reinforce the Portfolio Management team by being involved in the following activities:
- Perform detailed checks on presented investments and organize the respective investment committee meetings.
- Close collaboration with the investment advisors, including the coordination around transaction and AML/KYC documentation (review of documentation vs. requirements, screening)
- Manage fund investments (E.g. Managing cash flows according to the budget, calculate performance metrics, and analysing financial reports).
- Review and completion of subscription agreements, side letters and LPA.
- Preparation of reports to Senior Management Committee, Board of Directors of Fund and Board of Directors of the Management Company.
- Direct involvement in the complete fund life cycle (E.g. investor drawdowns, investments, determination of dividends to investors).
- Coordination and review of fund financial reports.
**What are the minimum requirements you need for the role?**
- 3-6 years of Portfolio Management experience, working with either a management company or portfolio manager.
- Knowledge in a specific asset class is a plus: Private Equity, Real Estate, etc.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required;
- Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel.
- CFA is a plus.
