**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participating in all aspects of the portfolio management process
- Provide oversight of the firm’s real estate investment positions and financial performance
- Support the European Investment team and the portfolio and asset management teams based in the US headquarters
- Responsible for recommending and implementing strategy on all aspects of the Fund investment portfolio
- Maximizing value, minimizing risk, overseeing leasing, debt, capex, and other property level activities
- Managing sponsor relationships, monitoring fund liquidity, and addressing other issues at both the asset and Fund levels
- Prepare quarterly investment return projections and valuation models, which include preparing variance analyses and market research
- Create/update portfolio presentations for investor meetings
- Field detailed fund level investment investor inquiries and requests.
- Develop a working knowledge of leases, loan documents, partnership agreements, and other agreements
- Participate in the development and maintenance of financial waterfall models and analyses for each asset
- Oversee all aspects of property dispositions, including coordinating with brokers, analyzing offers, and overseeing the closing process.
- Update models, leasing statistics and capital expenditure tracking reports
- Compile, maintain research on markets within portfolio

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years of formal real estate investment or asset management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related field
- Understanding of real estate fundamentals, commercial office and retail leases, financing principles, and basic capital structures
- Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Expert in Excel and Argus
- Fluent in English both formal written and speaking skills
- German would be an advantage
- Knowledge of reporting tools
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to work within a team environment and interface with institutional clients and counterparties
- Well-developed personal and client management skills.
- Team management and mentoring experience would be a plus
