We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Officer to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage board meetings, draft legal documents, and collaborate with various departments.
Responsibilities:- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, and minutes.
- Manage board meetings and work closely with the accounting team for resolution.
- Oversee transactions including capital increases, distributions, mergers, and liquidations, ensuring all legal and administrative procedures are handled correctly.
Requirements
To succeed in this dynamic role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a corporate officer within a similar setting, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager in Luxembourg.
- Familiarity with managing SPVs in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt.
- Fluency in English is essential, with any additional language being a strong asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
