Notre client est un cabinet d’Expertise-Comptable digitalisé basé à Capellen et spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des dirigeants de TPE -PME dans les conseils stratégiques et l’efficacité opérationnelle.

Dans le cadre de leur croissance, ils recrutent un/une PAYROLL & PERSONAL TAX OFFICER.

Votre profil:_**
- Une formation de **bachelier en comptabilité** vous garantissant une base solide pour exceller dans votre mission,
- **Une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans la gestion des salaires** pour être opérationnel dès votre arrivée,
- **Un intérêt marqué pour la fiscalité des personnes physiques** afin de fournir un conseil de qualité à nos clients,
- Une maitrise parfaite de langue française et un bon niveau en anglais,
- Une passion pour les chiffres, le travail précis et rigoureux, garantissant l'exactitude de nos calculs et de nos rapports.
- Vous aimez prendre des initiatives, apprendre et travailler en équipe, ce qui contribue à la dynamique collaborative de notre cabinet.
- Vous savez travailler de façon autonome et êtes curieux, prêt à développer constamment vos compétences et connaissances.

Quelle sera votre mission ?_**
- Calculer et contrôler les salaires des clients dans les délais impartis, assurant une gestion efficace et précise,
- Envoi des rapports fournissant à des clients des informations claires et utiles
- Etablir les déclarations fiscales des personnes physiques en veillant à la conformité et à l'optimisation fiscale.,
- Collaborer avec les administrations fiscales, les organismes sociaux et les collègues
- Assister dans le cadre des contrôles sociaux et fiscaux.
- Apporter du conseil aux clients sur les questions de fiscalité personnelle les aidant à prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Développer vos connaissances en participant à des formations et en restant à jour sur les évolutions du domaine.
