**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a compliance framework for our Rebate Outsourcing and Distribution Channel Management services, ensuring that it is in line with relevant laws and regulations, including European regulators and regulations
- Conduct risk assessments on AMs and distributors, identifying and mitigating risks related to anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and other compliance requirements
- Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence on AMs and distributors, ensuring that they meet our compliance requirements and that we have adequate controls in place to manage risks
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of our compliance requirements and that they understand their responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including AML and KYC requirements, and report any issues or concerns to senior management
- Review and update policies and procedures to ensure that they reflect changes in laws and regulations and industry best practices
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our compliance framework meets their needs while also mitigating risks
**Required Experience and Skills**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, ideally in the financial services industry, and with specific experience in AML and KYC requirements
- A strong knowledge of European regulators and regulations, and the ability to stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks related to AML, KYC, and other compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance issues to non-compliance stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- **Excellent English (both verbal and written) skills, French is a big advantage**

- A bachelor degree in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business administration
