**Some of the things you’ll be doing:
You will support the Funds Solutions Services team in:
- Providing administrative support to the team for the daily management of the Funds / SPVs
- Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors and liquidators
- Liaising with other CSC group companies
- Providing customer services
- Managing payment process and bank operations
- Managing documents, files, and internal databases
- Sending and receiving documents for the company and clients
- Filing Annual accounts with the RCS
- Assisting in various daily operations
- Assist in filling of different reports
- Act in the best interests of the team by supporting team members
- Process client transactions in an efficient manner
- Monitor diary task lists and ensure tasks are cleared on a timely basis
- provide general team administration as required
**What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role International firM/Fiduciary / bank.
- A team player in international environment.
- Work independently and take ownership.
- Professional, friendly demeanor.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, client and communication skills.
- Be fluent in English, written and spoken. Any additional language is considered an advantage.
