**Head of Finance for PayPal Europe HQ, based in Luxembourg**
**Your primary responsibility**

**Requirement**
- Qualified accountant (ideally from a Big 4 followed by and with banking experience) with 12+ year professional experience;
- University Degree required (Masters preferred);
- English proficiency; any other EU language is an advantage;
- Experience with banking/payment environment is mandatory
- Knowledge on EU regulatory reporting is an advantage
- Experience of working within highly regulated business environments is an advantage;
- Master Microsoft Office tools, SAP experience would be an advantage;
- Familiar with Financial services regulatory environment;
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to details;
- Excellent ability to analyse risks and recommend controls to mitigate those risks;
- Excellent presentation and project management skills with the ability to successfully work multiple project/initiative at one time;
- Working with shared services is an advantage;
- High level of energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work in a fast growth and changing environment;
