To be based in our Luxembourg office (Kirchberg), we are looking for a:
**Learning Officer**:
**Your role**:
As part of our Learning department, the Learning Officer provides support to our Learning team in partnership with traversals stakeholders and external vendors.
- Manage the training calendar, plane the training courses/trainers, publish the learning sessions on Arendt learning platform
- Provide necessary information about sessions
- Book physical or virtual classrooms and block trainers agenda
- Prepare classrooms (in class & virtual) and learning material
- Maintain training records (trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices
- Compile learning feedback and provide compilation to trainer and design and development team
- Draft reports on training activities and results
- Administrate Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure systematic capture of corporate training records and data, including management of rights
- Process invoices and check the invoices against orders
- Contribute to the development of new processes
**Your profile**:
- You have ideally at least 2 years of proven professional experience where you had to demonstrate organisation, coordination, pro-activity skills;
- You have a perfect command of French and English (both spoken and written);
- You have an excellent command of MS Office in particular in Excel for the reporting;
- You are highly organised, rigorous with an eyes of details and fast-learner;
- You are able to work autonomously and accurately with tight deadlines;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and consider yourself as a team player and problem solver.
