**Business Analyst (M/F)**:

**Vos missions**:
Au sein de la Direction IT et Organisation, vous accompagnerez les équipes d’AXA Luxembourg dans les phases d’analyse et de testing de nos projets de transformation. Vous serez également appelé à suivre les demandes des clients internes, à les sélectionner, les hiérarchiser et à suivre les étapes de leur réalisation.
En qualité de Business Analyst vous êtes l’interlocuteur clé entre nos clients internes et l’informatique. Vous contribuez activement à l’élaboration du contenu du projet par les actions suivantes:
- Vous êtes en charge de l’étude, de l’analyse fonctionnelle et de la formalisation des demandes business.
- Vous challengez l’expression des besoins et proposez des solutions innovantes.
- Vous participez au suivi du planning des réalisations en collaboration avec le chef de projet.
- Vous définissez la stratégie de tests, préparez les scénarios de tests, suivez leur parfaite exécution et rapportez les résultats.
- Vous animez des réunions de coordination et de réflexion sur différents thèmes.
- Vous maîtrisez les processus « end-to-end » dans l’entreprise.
- Vous accompagnez les utilisateurs dans le processus de changement, notamment via la formation.
**Votre profil**:
- Vous disposez de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en qualité de Business Analyse IT et/ou en Test Management. Une connaissance des métiers de l’assurance est un plus.
- La connaissance d’une des plateformes suivantes est un atout : Salesforce (Service Cloud/Sales Cloud), KELIA, COMARCH Insurance.
- Vous maîtrisez à la fois les techniques d’analyses (ex. BABOK, IREB) et de tests (ex. ISTQB). Les compétences en approche « Agile - Continuous Delivery » seront un plus.
- Vous êtes analytique, synthétique et pragmatique.
- Tout en étant autonome, vous avez le sens du contact et la capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Vous appréciez les responsabilités et l’accompagnement du business dans sa transformation.
- La satisfaction de nos clients est votre priorité : vous vous engagez à fournir un service optimal par une gestion rapide et qualitative dans des domaines en constante évolution.
- Vous avez une expérience probante sur des projets AGILE.
- Vous disposez de bonnes capacités relationnelles, de communication et d’adaptabilité.
- Vous maitrisez le français et l’anglais.
