Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work within the Data Management & Reporting department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Business Analyst, your role will involve**:
Participating in data and process analysis, clarification of specifications, documentation for development purposes, and conducting testing for Lending and Credit Risk reports.
Performing business analyses and participating in functional testing to support project outcomes.
You will collaborate with other experts within an Agile framework to fulfill the team's objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
Participating in standard scrum events such as stand-ups, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
Conducting data analyses and interviews, and introducing measurement tools to drive improvements. You'll ensure all suggested enhancements and solutions are validated by data.
Optimizing processes to enhance both business and user value.
Developing and managing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and formulating policies for products, services, processes, and channels in line with external regulations and risk/compliance guidelines.
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of end-to-end processes, services, and products, and continuously updating your knowledge.
Monitoring key performance indicators such as satisfaction, availability, costs/revenue, and process quality to drive continuous improvements.
Innovating new techniques, standards, products, and processes while improving existing ones.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
Actively contribute to the delivery of Lending and Credit Risk reporting through data analysis, process analysis, specifications clarification, documentation for development purposes, and testing.
Work closely with the team on performing functional testing and providing business analyses to enhance project delivery.
Ensure all solutions proposed are both user-friendly and compliant with business requirements and risk policies.
Support continuous improvement by staying updated on the latest trends, techniques, and regulations in your field.
**Your Profile**:
**Skills & Competencies**:
Proficiency in SQL
Experience in Lending or Credit Risk areas
Strong analytical skills, able to identify key information, recognize problems, make connections, and validate findings before taking action.
Experience managing diverse stakeholders with varying priorities.
A proactive and curious mindset, investing time to understand end-to-end product processes and staying updated on market trends, risks, and product developments.
Ability to empathize with users, understand their needs, and anticipate solutions accordingly.
Extensive knowledge of banking processes and the ability to integrate that knowledge into everyday tasks.
Ability to take the initiative in improving products, processes, and policies, ensuring innovative ideas are implemented effectively.
Commitment to supporting an agile organization, fostering teamwork, trust, and continuous feedback for development.
Focus on core strengths while covering a broad range of responsibilities.
**Experience**:
Master's or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Specific knowledge in banking is essential.
