**Job Type(s)**:contract**Location(s)**:Luxembourg**Company Name**:infeurope S.A.infeurope is looking for a Business Analyst/Tester for one of its clients based in Luxembourg.

**TASKS**:

- Prepare business requirements and test cases to maintain the current robots (Robotic Process Automation) fit for purpose
- Participate to the meetings with the user community to gather maintenance/enhancement ideas
- Feed a pipeline of further developments and manage the prioritization
- Prepare, coordinate and execute testing activities (including non-regression tests)
- Update/prepare user guide when necessary
- Assist Business Analysts to find out new potential use cases for RPA-based automation and prepare a cost-benefit analysis for each of them
- Assist Business Analysts to maintain and enhance automated processes based on external technologies (e.g., Hotdoc)
- Produce the required project documentation (business case, project charter, detailed requirements, test case document, etc.)
- Assist Business Analysts to test the new counterpart management system (Omega project) currently deployed in the Bank

**KNOWLEDGE**:

- General IT background, possibly acquired via university/college degree in Information Technology, Finance or Engineering (Bac +3 or more)
- Excellent knowledge of Robot Process automation package (e.g., Uipath)
- Sound knowledge of financial instruments (Loan - Equity - Guarantee)
- Knowledge of defect tracking / ticketing tools
- Mastering of office tools like MS-Word, MS-Visio, MS-Excel, MS-Access
- Experience in Business Analysis and testing
- Knowledge of business analysis, process and/or data modelling techniques (e.g., UML)

**COMPETENCE**:

- Team player with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy
- Strong sense of commitment and problem-solving attitude
- Fluent in English (good command of French would be an advantage)
- Capacity to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, strong drafting skills in English and also in French
