**Description**
- Représentation d'institutions financières, de sociétés et de fonds dans le cadre de diverses opérations de financement et de financement structuré, en se concentrant à la fois sur les transactions garanties et non garanties et en mettant l'accent sur le financement structuré, la titrisation, le reconditionnement et les activités bancaires générales.
- Rédiger, réviser et négocier une gamme variée de contrats et de documents juridiques, couvrant un large éventail de fonctions transactionnelles et consultatives, y compris les marchés des capitaux d'emprunt, les prêts bancaires, le financement structuré, la titrisation, le financement de l'immobilier et des fonds, ainsi que les questions de financement vert.
- Effectuer des recherches juridiques et fournir des conseils stratégiques sur des questions juridiques complexes liées aux marchés des capitaux et à la finance.
- Collaborer de manière cohérente avec les collègues de l'ensemble de l'organisation afin d'obtenir des informations sur les transactions et les projets, de définir l'étendue des travaux, d'offrir des conseils sur l'affectation des ressources et d'aider à structurer, négocier et finaliser les transactions financières.
- Diriger et soutenir la croissance professionnelle des juristes débutants en gérant et en encadrant leur développement.
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients, en tant que conseiller fiable et de confiance.

**Profile**
- Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire en droit.
- Possède 4 à 6 ans d'expérience au sein de la division Marchés des capitaux ou Finance d'un cabinet d'avocats basé à Luxembourg.
- Est admis à pratiquer au barreau de Luxembourg ou dans toute autre juridiction européenne.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français ; la connaissance de l'allemand et du luxembourgeois est souhaitable mais non obligatoire.
- Faire preuve d'une grande capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, et être capable d'apporter un éclairage pratique sur des questions complexes.
- Il fait preuve de capacités de communication exceptionnelles et est capable de fournir des conseils judicieux sur le plan commercial.
