**Your Responsibilities**|** Lawyer - Law - Legal - Avocat - Banking - Finance - Droit**
- Advise clients on financing transactions, including secured loans, and regulatory aspects.
- Draft, negotiate, and review legal documentation to ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU financial regulations.
- Work closely with professionals from the firm's global network, gaining insight into international banking and finance practices.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and industry experts to develop deep expertise in the financial sector. Stay informed about evolving regulations and industry trends to proactively support clients with innovative legal solutions.
- **Profile and Career Path**|** Lawyer - Law - Legal - Avocat - Banking - Finance - Droit**
- **At least 2 years** of experience in Banking & Finance law, preferably within an international law firm in Luxembourg.
- Admission to the List II or List IV of the Luxembourg Bar (or eligibility to register).
- Fluency in English is a must; German and French is an asset.
- A strong understanding of Luxembourg financial regulations and a desire to deepen your expertise.
