**Senior Lawyer (M/F) - Banking & Finance**

The Luxembourg Banking and Finance team is ranked Tier 1 and is part of our worldwide network which covers a variety of expertise including syndicated lending, financial regulatory, capital markets, and debt restructuring matters.

**Your profile**:

- You have at least several years of experience preferably in international law firms - additional in-house experience also welcome;
- You have trained and qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer or are registered as a foreign lawyer on Liste IV of the Luxembourg bar;
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and preferably also proficient in French. Additional languages such as German would be a great advantage;
- You have a strong ability or willingness to manage junior associates and analyse legal questions and provide practical advice to clients;
- You are motivated, ambitious and autonomous;
- You can communicate effectively and act as a team player;
- You are organised, flexible and able to manage several projects concurrently.
- You actively participate to junior associates’ training and can delegate proactively
