**Job Content**:
As Customer Care Agent, you ensure that customer requests are properly managed
Your responsibilities will be:
- Collect customer information, analyze it and integrate it into the service management tool
- Process tickets and resolve incidents
- Transmit the information to the relevant departments after having made a first diagnosis of the problem and a first attempt of resolution
- Update the knowledge base for each client
- Participate in the continuous improvement of service processes
- Participate in projects related to the service
**Profile**:
- Diploma in the field of computer science or similar experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mind, rigor, autonomy and proactivity
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- Customer centric - service oriented mindset
- Tools - Knowledge of Service Now is considered an advantage
- Soft Skills good written and verbal communication in French and English
