**Your role**:
Working with business and IT stakeholders as well as our internal and external clients, your main responsibilities as Process Analyst / Business Analyst will be:
- To understand business need and translate that need into specification
- To work under the TA Product Owner responsibility, and act as coordinator between IT Stakeholders and Business / Client
- To follow delivery of the projects roadmap through the projects assigned to you. The follow-up will include planning, budget, specification, change management and coordination with all stakeholders.
- To set up and facilitate communication and discussion with our clients, and other departments of the Pictet Group and to exchange and collaborate with them and propose resolutions on data (and systems) problems, issues and change requests.
- To assume ownership of the project assigned to you: to raise on time any issues which may happen and communicate regularly with senior management.
- To coordinate / to execute in support of the business, acceptance testing.
**Your profile**:
Qualifications and experience (mandatory):
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Management
- Experience gained through a similar role and/or an operational role in Funds Administration
- Excellent understanding of the Transfer Agent domain
- Used to being in direct contact with sophisticated and demanding clients
- Ability to understand the technology to easily communicate with IT Stakeholders
Specific knowledge:
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience of working with Temenos’ Multifonds TA will be deemed as an distinguished advantage
- Knowledge of some BI tools (Tableau or Business Objects) will be considered a plus
Other skills:
- Fluent in French and English. Any other language would be an asset
- Convincing speaker, ability to synthesise complex issues and tailor the message to your audience
- Self-motivated, independent, flexible and well organised
- As a strong team player you work transparently and are motivated by the team’s collective success
- You enjoy rising to a challenge and working outside your comfort zone
