Au sein de l’entité POST Courrier, l’équipe Transformation Digitale Business joue un rôle central dans la transformation digitale et à l'amélioration des processus liés aux opérations de distribution, logistique et de transport.
Pour renforcer ses équipes, POST Luxembourg recherche actuellement pour un poste en CDI à temps plein un(e) **Business Process Analyst Logistique/Distribution** **(M/F/n)**
**Vos missions**:
- Contribuer à la transformation digitale et à l'amélioration des processus liés aux opérations (tri, distribution, commercial, douane, logistique et transport)
- Collecter et documenter les besoins métier, établir les spécifications fonctionnelles et participer au choix des solutions
- Faire vivre et évoluer les charge les solutions digitales, gérer le backlog produit et prioriser les fonctionnalités
- Être l’interlocuteur principal entre le département IT et les opérations pour les problématiques de programmation/IT.
- Analyser, modéliser, documenter et optimiser les processus (BPMN, UML), rédiger les guides utilisateurs et assister les utilisateurs.
- Préparer, coordonner et supporter l'exécution et l'approbation des tests d'acceptation par l'utilisateur
- Agir en tant que chef de projet ou product owner, accompagner la gestion du changement, organiser et dispenser des formations, surveiller et évaluer les performances des processus pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue
**Votre profil**:
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Master en modélisation de process, IT, génie informatique et disposer de minimum 5 à 7 années d’expérience dans une fonction similaire, notamment dans la définition et l’analyse des besoins du métier ainsi qu’en Business Process Management (BPM, UML, flowcharts)
- Avoir de de bonnes compétences en gestion de projet et maitriser la méthodologie Agile/SCRUM
- Avoir une bonne compréhension des sujets liés au développement informatique
- Être reconnu(e) pour son aisance relationnelle et son orientation client ainsi que pour votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Être force de propositions, faire preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie
- Disposer idéalement de connaissances en bases de données et langage SQL
- Avoir une excellente maitrise du français et de l’anglais, le luxembourgeois et l’allemand sont considérés comme un avantage
