Funds Talent are working with a rapidly expanding Service Provider in the **Private Equity and Real Estate** arena. We now approach the market to build out the Depositary team in Luxemburg.
**Key requirements**:
- On-boarding of new depositary clients/mandates by delivering risk assessment reports
- Maintain the due diligence calendar up to date and support the risk assessment process.
- Review questionnaire responses, ISAE/SOC reports
- Provide regular feedbacks on the result of the due diligence activities to the Management of the Depositary Services contributing to the regulatory required escalation process to the AIFM.
- Cash Flow Monitoring and transaction follow-up.
- Monitor the reports from FA, AIFM and 3rd parties
- Reconcile portfolios of assets and take part of the audit of funds
**The Must Haves**
- At least 2 years’ experience in Depositary for Private Equity or Real Estate.
