About the Role

Your Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Head of Depositary Services and assist in overseeing the daily operations of the department.
- Ensure consistent day-to-day delivery of Depositary Services, maintaining adherence to agreed service levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct and review core depositary tasks, including cash flow monitoring, asset safekeeping, and operational oversight.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain awareness of evolving regulatory and industry developments, ensuring compliance with the latest standards.
- Collaborate with team members to manage workload effectively and ensure seamless service delivery.

Your Experience
- Proven experience in depositary services or a similar financial services role, including day-to-day operations and service delivery.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including compliance with local and international standards.
- Experience managing client relationships, acting as a point of contact, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with key depositary functions such as cash flow monitoring, asset safekeeping, and oversight duties.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams to manage workloads and ensure seamless operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry trends, with the ability to adapt to changes and maintain compliance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting service-level agreements.
