**Job Type(s)**:contract Freelance**Location(s)**:Luxembourginfeurope is looking for a **_Senior Business Analyst_** with **minimum 5 years of experience in digitalization and process management**.

**Tasks**:

- Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with the relevant client’s stakeholders, deliver Business Case with main priorities agreed on with stakeholders,
- Conduct key business analysis and collect detailed requirements (including process flow) from all stakeholders, perform analysis and agree on the new design with UX/UI colleagues,
- Make recommendations to simplify and improve existing processes and procedures,
- Organize and facilitate meetings to review and setup the proper “Information Classification” of the documents to be exposed and/or exchanged,
- For the new Use Cases/functionalities, setup the new process flow and procedures,
- Prepare the list of data/information required to automate the workflow and analyse how to collect them (i.e., data transfer to Back Office system, or data extracted from other systems, etc.),
- Organize presentations to other Services to on-board new stakeholders / functionalities,
- Deliver new Procedures / User Manual documents and organize Demo presentations to services
- Together with IT, analyse and propose new technical facilities (i.e., API connector, electronic
- signature),
- Maintain and update the project documentation in order to reflect work completed / progress made and clearly identify existing or possible blocking points (e.g., constraints, risks, dependencies, etc.). Monitor them and periodically prepare the status report for the senior management,
- Prepare the User Manual and execute the proper handover of related working papers and deliverables prior to the completion of the assignment.

**Knowledge**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digitalisation and process management,
- Solid proven experience as Senior Business Analyst and adequate relevant experience and project management,
- Good knowledge and understanding of financial products (lending market) and relevant business processes (such as post-disbursement event processing).

**Competence**:

- Excellent English oral (min level B2) and written communication/presentation skills,
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
