**What role will you play?**

Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:

- As a digitalization expert you are responsible for the offered services, solutions and platforms along the whole lifecycle from consulting over design and build to operate, which includes the portfolio management, the financial management and also the related projects in this area
- Focal points are to bring the financial accounting and especially controlling processes to a next level of digitalization with the target to optimize the processes end-2-end as well as to contribute to the SHERPA process design and harmonization (SHERPA is the ERP redesign project within Siemens, which includes the finance template)
- You are the trusted partner for your customers and also the direct counterpart of the product owners in the business. In this collaboration you are driving and promoting the solution design towards more standardized, harmonized and digitalized core business processes
- You are responsible for integration (roll-ins) of further legal entities to the SHERPA S&G ecosystem as well as for the continuous improvement of existing business processes (in your area of responsibility)

**We are looking for**:

- Solid background in accounting and controlling including respective reporting and analytics
- Strong digitalization background (e.g., in automation, AI, make value out of data)
- Profound technical experience (SAP S/4HANA, automation tools, low code platforms like Mendix, reporting & analytics platforms)
- Well-grounded experience in requirements engineering, solution design and implementation combined with a strong customer orientation
- Long-standing project and service management expertise based on an agile mindset and an agile way of working
