We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Distribution & Branch Governance to join our Global Distribution team. This role is located in Luxembourg - HYBRID.
**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
Provide support to BNY Mellon Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. and BNY Mellon Investment Management EMEA Limited, collectively known as the “Company”
management of the of third-party distributor governance programme including AML/KYC, distributor due diligence and distribution activities.
oversight of the Company’s distribution network.
oversight and governance of the activities of the Company’s internal distribution teams including but not limited to: cross border distribution, investor suitability; target market compliance activities; event management.
contribute and support the product governance process from a distribution perspective;
oversight of marketing collateral compliance process to ensure operating as expected;
**oversight of the client onboarding processes including**: compliance with all pre-contractual disclosure requirement; oversight and, where applicable, ownership, of all distribution and marketing activity related procedures. This will include ensuring procedures are regular reviewed, updated and approved.
management of the governance and oversight programme in place for the Company’s European branch network
**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
Educated to degree level.
At least 5 years’ experience working at an Asset Manager.
Experience in a governance and oversight role, preferably within distribution.
Experience of successfully managing teams.
